Womens Craft Collective
The Craft Collective offers a monthly haven for women to get together, celebrate the seasons and each other and share the incredible skills we have between us. We usually meet on a Saturday once a month from 10am-4pm. It is an open group, where we focus on a particular art or craft each month, which is led by one of the women in our group who wishes to share their skills.
So far we have enjoyed a wild food forage and feast, hedgerow basket weaving, mosaics, a magical evening around the fire exploring witchcraft and native power plants and a fabulous family Christmas extravaganza. Upcoming workshops in 2015 are crochet and knitting, felting, herbal medicine, jewellery making, mosaics, spoon carving and greenwood working.
If you have a skill you would like to share or would like to attend an event, please contact Lorretta at firstname.lastname@example.org.
